Order Processing

Every HouseOfSupers product is made to order. We do not maintain ready stock. Once your order is placed, printing begins within 24 hours.

Standard processing time is 3โ€“5 business days before dispatch. During high demand periods or for bulk orders, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We ship across India via Shiprocket using trusted courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC depending on your location and availability.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metro cities: 2โ€“4 business days after dispatch
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4โ€“7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 7โ€“10 business days after dispatch

Tracking

A tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order via the courier partner's website using the AWB number provided.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt redelivery. After two failed attempts the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of placing the order. We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
