About Our Products

What material are your products made from?

All our products are made from premium grade plant-based biodegradable plastic made from 100% virgin Natureworks 3D850 biopolymer resin that is strong, durable, and safe for everyday use.

Why can I see layer lines on the product?

Every product is fused layer by layer which creates a subtle texture on the surface. This is not a defect — it gives each piece its unique handcrafted character. We believe in full transparency: We recommend reading the Good to Know section on our product pages to understand the natural characteristics of fused production.

Are your products food safe?

Our products are not certified food safe. We recommend not using them in direct contact with food or beverages.

How strong are the products?

100% virgin Natureworks 3D850 biopolymer resin is significantly stronger than standard plastic. Our products are designed for everyday desk and home use and are built to last under normal conditions. Avoid dropping from height or exposing to prolonged direct sunlight as this may cause warping.

Can I get a product in a colour not listed?

We currently offer 8 filament colours. If you need a specific colour not listed, contact us via the Custom Orders page and we'll let you know if it's possible.

Ordering

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every product is printed fresh. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 3–5 business days for shipping. Total estimated delivery: 5–7 business days. Remote areas may take longer.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Orders can be modified within 2 hours of placement. After that printing may have begun. Contact us immediately at hq@houseofsupers.com if you need to make a change.

Do you accept bulk or custom orders?

Yes. Visit our Custom Orders page or email us at hq@houseofsupers.com with your requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods via Razorpay including UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets.

Shipping

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to all serviceable pin codes across India via Shiprocket.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. A flat ₹60 shipping charge applies on orders below ₹999.

Can I track my order?

Yes. A tracking link is sent to your email and phone once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Defects

Can I return a product if I don't like it?

We do not accept returns for change of mind as every product is printed specifically for you. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If your product has a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos & videos and your order number. We will review your claim and issue store credit if the defect is confirmed.

Are layer lines and threads considered defects?

No. Layer lines and minor stringing are natural characteristics of fused deposition and are not considered defects. Please read our Returns & Refunds policy for full details on what is and isn't covered.
