Our Policy

Every HouseOfSupers product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect color selection, or orders placed by mistake.

Please review your order carefully before placing it.

What is covered

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect, we will offer a store credit of equal value to the defective item.

The following are considered manufacturing defects:

  • Structural failure or broken parts on arrival (requires unboxing video)
  • Severe layer separation affecting the usability of the product
  • Wrong product shipped
  • Significantly wrong color shipped compared to what was ordered

What is NOT covered

The following are natural characteristics of fused deposition modeling and are not considered defects:

  • Visible layer lines on the surface โ€” this is inherent to FDM and gives each piece its unique character
  • Minor stringing or threads between surfaces โ€” a natural byproduct of the printing process
  • Slight variation in color tone between batches
  • Small surface imperfections that do not affect structural integrity or usability
  • Warping within acceptable tolerances

Store Credit

Store credit is issued as a discount code valid for 6 months from the date of issue. It can be used on any product in the store and is non-transferable.

Store credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in combination with other discount codes.

How to raise a defect claim

If you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hq@houseofsupers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect from multiple angles
  • A brief description of the issue

Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. We review all claims within 2 business days and will notify you of our decision via email.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. After 6 hours printing may have already begun and cancellation will not be possible. To cancel contact us immediately at hq@houseofsupers.com.
